Our Chef Filly Mossucca's philosophy is to lead his guests on a gastronomic journey through the food and beverage excellences of the Lazio region and Rome.
I Sofà Bar Restaurant & Roof Terrace stages different scenarios according to the seasons: from the cozy corners of the restaurant offering an intimate and private atmosphere to warm up the cold winter temperatures, to the internal courtyard where to enjoy breakfast during the quiet spring mornings, to end up on the roof top terrace for a 360° view over the beauties of Rome, during the summer months (weather permitting).

Open during the summer season and weather permitting, the Roof Terrace located on the top floor of the hotel offers a breathtaking view of the capital including St. Peter's Dome and Saint Angelo Castle and the famous roofs of Rome. Choose your favorite cocktail or try one of the craft beers and local wines while admiring a beautiful sunset or contemplating a starry sky. If you feel peckish, let yourself be tempted by the specialties of our Chef for lunch or dinner.

I Sofà restaurant, located on the ground floor of the Hotel Indigo Rome - St. George, features a sequence of intimate snugs where ancient walls, travertine marble and contemporary design blend together for a truly unique atmosphere. The light that filters through the skylight changes the color and shades of the restaurant setting as the hours go by, ranging from the brightness of the morning to the warmth of the sunset to end up with the relaxing atmosphere of the evening when the candle lights replace the natural daylight. A menu dedicated to the excellences of the territory, with traditional but at the same time creative dishes will delight the palate of our international clientele. In spring and fall, sofas and tables of the internal courtyard are the perfect setting to enjoy either breakfast or a drink accompanied by the pleasant temperatures of Rome.

Our Chef Filly Mossucca opts for local suppliers to guarantee high quality of raw materials, follows the tradition of the typical Roman cuisine to always offer a truly local experience and selects reginal producers to support regional excellences and spread the food and beverage culture of the Lazio region and Rome.

    PRIVATE EVENTS
    Thanks to its multifunctional spaces and to the possibility of reserving them for private events, the Sofà Bar Restaurant & Roof Terrace is the ideal location for corporate events and to celebrate special occasions. The Internal Courtyard with its lively colors and relaxing atmosphere can host events for up to 80 people, while the Mezzanine Terrace with its enchanting view over the elegant historical palazzi can take up to 200 people. Finally, the Roof Terrace, located on the hotel's top floor, can welcome up to 100 guests and treat them to a wonderful view of the Eternal City.
